Humly Cloud Portal (humly.cloud) · Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Humly Cloud Portal at humly.cloud (the “portal”), provided by Humly Solutions AB (“Humly”, “we”). The portal is the web application that Humly’s customers and partners, and Humly staff, use to manage Humly Cloud accounts, licences, devices and downloads. By signing in to or using the portal, you agree to these terms.

1. The agreement behind your access

You use the portal on behalf of an organisation: a Humly customer, a Humly partner (a distributor or reseller), or Humly itself. That organisation’s agreement with Humly governs the products and services themselves – for customers the Humly Customer Terms, including the Service Level and Support Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, and for partners their partner agreement. These terms only cover how the portal may be used. If they conflict with your organisation’s agreement with Humly, that agreement prevails.

2. Who may use the portal

Only people who have a portal account may sign in, and only for their organisation’s business with Humly. By using the portal you confirm that your organisation has authorised you to act for it there, for example to manage its accounts, licences or devices. The portal is for business use and is not intended for consumers.

3. Your account

  • Keep your password and your multi-factor method to yourself, and do not let anyone else use your account.
  • You are responsible for what is done with your account, and your organisation is responsible for the activities of its users.
  • If you suspect that someone else has used your account, tell us at once at security@humly.com.
  • Keep your contact details up to date. Humly sends service notices to the contacts registered for your organisation’s account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

  • use the portal in breach of law or of the rights of others;
  • access, or try to access, accounts, data or functions you have not been given access to;
  • test the security of the portal other than under Humly’s Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, which welcomes good-faith security research;
  • introduce malicious code, interfere with the security or operation of the portal, or place an unreasonable load on it, for example through automated scraping or bulk downloading;
  • circumvent licence controls, or use licences, licence files or downloads beyond what your organisation is entitled to;
  • copy or pass on information from the portal except as your organisation’s business with Humly requires.

5. Licences, software and downloads

Licence files, software, firmware and documentation made available in the portal are provided under your organisation’s agreement with Humly, and only for the products, quantities and periods they were issued for. Humly and its licensors own all rights in the portal, the software and the documentation. Using the portal gives you no rights in them beyond what that agreement grants.

6. Information you enter

You are responsible for making sure that the information you enter in the portal, such as contact details, is accurate and that you are allowed to share it with Humly. Information about other people, such as colleagues or your customers’ contact persons, may only be entered for the purposes described in the privacy notice. As between Humly and your organisation, your organisation’s data remains its own.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the portal secure and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Commitments on availability and support are those in your organisation’s agreement with Humly. We develop the portal continuously and may change, add or remove functions in line with that agreement, and maintenance may make the portal unavailable for short periods.

8. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or restrict an account, or access to the portal, where this is reasonably necessary to protect the security or integrity of the portal or of other customers’ data, to stop a breach of these terms, or as your organisation’s agreement with Humly allows. We restore access promptly once the reason has been resolved. Your access ends when your organisation removes it, or when your organisation’s relationship with Humly ends.

9. Liability

Humly’s liability in connection with the portal is governed by, and limited as set out in, your organisation’s agreement with Humly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

How Humly processes personal data in the portal is described in the privacy notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the portal changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and we tell users about significant changes in the portal or by e-mail. If you continue to use the portal after a change, the updated terms apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are decided by the courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless your organisation’s agreement with Humly says otherwise.
